Website Development & Hosting Terms
Effective 26 August 2026
These terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service whenever Gamora builds and/or hosts a website for your business as part of the Service.
1. What's Included
Where your plan includes website development, Gamora's AI system generates a website for your business based on the information, branding, and content you provide, and hosts it on Gamora's infrastructure for as long as your subscription remains active.
2. Content You Provide
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to any text, images, logos, or other material you provide for your website. You confirm you have the right to use everything you supply, and that it does not infringe a third party's rights or violate applicable law.
3. Ownership & License
- You own your business content — your text, images, branding, and business information — regardless of subscription status.
- The website build (its generated code, layout, and hosting) is provided as part of your active subscription and is licensed for your business's use while that subscription is active.
- Gamora retains ownership of its own platform, templates, and underlying software used to generate and run the site.
4. Responsibility for Use & Misuse
Once your website is built, you are solely responsible for it — its content, how it is used, and how it is represented to your customers and the public. If your website is misused, used unlawfully, or used to defraud, deceive, or harm a third party — whether by you, your staff, or anyone you give access to it — the responsibility for that misuse is yours alone, not Gamora's or Nexora Studios'.
5. Domain Names
You are responsible for registering and owning any domain name used for your website. Gamora may assist with DNS configuration to point your domain at the hosted site, but domain registration itself is between you and your domain registrar.
6. Hosting & Uptime
We host your website on a best-effort basis and take reasonable steps to keep it available, but we do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage or offer a formal service-level agreement at this time. Scheduled maintenance or infrastructure issues may occasionally cause downtime.
7. Backups
We take reasonable steps to back up hosted sites, but this is not a substitute for your own copies of content you consider critical. We recommend keeping your own copies of key business content (text, images, branding files) independently of Gamora.
8. Changes & Updates
You can request changes to your site through the Web Development module in your dashboard. Response times and the scope of changes included depend on your subscription tier.
9. Cancellation & Export
If you cancel your subscription or it lapses due to non-payment, your website remains live for 30 days after the end of your paid period so you can request an export or make arrangements to migrate elsewhere. After that window, we may take the site offline and are not obligated to retain it further. Contact contact@gamora.site during this window to request an export of your content.
10. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes
We do not guarantee that a Gamora-built website will achieve a specific amount of traffic, leads, search ranking, or revenue.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for issues relating to your hosted website — including downtime, data loss, or content errors — is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
12. Contact
Questions about website development or hosting can be sent to contact@gamora.site.
