This Privacy Policy explains how Nexora Studios ("Gamora", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with gamora.site and dash.gamora.site (the "Service"). It applies to businesses that use Gamora ("you"), and separately addresses the business-listing data Gamora surfaces about third parties as part of its Lead Generation module.

1. Information We Collect

From you, directly

• Account details: business name, username, email address, and a hashed password.
• Billing details: handled by our payment processor, Cashfree — we do not receive or store your card or bank account numbers.
• Content you provide: onboarding answers, business information, uploaded assets, and messages sent through Gamora's chat.

From Google, if you sign in with it

If you use Google sign-in — required before completing signup — we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier from Google. This confirms a real person is behind the signup; it does not replace your Gamora account password, which you set separately.

Automatically

We collect basic usage and log data (such as pages visited, actions taken in the dashboard, and token consumption) to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. Business Data Gamora Surfaces About Third Parties

Gamora's Lead Generation module sources publicly available business information (such as a business name, category, address, phone number, and public contact details) from sources like Google Places, so that you can reach other businesses for legitimate outreach. This is business information about third-party organizations, sourced from public listings — not personal data harvested from private individuals. You are responsible for using this information, and any outreach you send with it, in compliance with applicable law.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including your dashboard, billing, and support.
• To operate AI-driven modules (lead generation, outreach drafting, content, SEO audits, website builds).
• To process payments through Cashfree and manage your subscription.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates.
• To detect abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Cashfree — to process subscription payments.
• Google — to authenticate sign-in and, for Lead Generation, to source public business listings.
• Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS) — to host the Service and store data securely.
• Messaging providers — to send outreach email/WhatsApp messages you initiate through the Service.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in (via Google sign-in) and functional cookies necessary for the Service to operate. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Data Security

Passwords are stored hashed, not in plain text. We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, but no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us at contact@gamora.site. A business whose public listing appears through our Lead Generation module may likewise contact us to have that listing excluded from future results.

9. Children's Privacy

Gamora is a business tool and is not directed to, or intended for use by, individuals under 18.

10. International Use

Gamora operates from India and this policy is interpreted under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable. If you access the Service from outside India, you understand your information may be processed in India and other countries where our service providers operate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
