Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Gamora, an AI-run growth platform operated by Nexora Studios ("Gamora", "we", "us", or "our"), including the website at gamora.site and the dashboard at dash.gamora.site (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent ("you", "your").

1. The Service

Gamora provides AI-driven business tools accessed through a subscription, including lead generation, outreach, content creation, SEO & GEO audits, CRM, paperwork/billing tools, and — where enabled on your plan — website development and hosting. Which modules are available to you depends on your subscription tier and the sections your account has been granted.

Website development and hosting is governed by these Terms together with our Website Development & Hosting Terms, which apply in addition to this document whenever that service is in use.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by staff logins you create under it. We may require Google sign-in as a verification step before certain actions (such as signing up), in addition to — not instead of — your Gamora username and password.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Tokens

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly subscription and processed by our payment partner, Cashfree. We do not store your card or bank details. Usage of AI-driven modules is metered in tokens; your plan includes a monthly token allowance, and unused tokens do not carry over unless we state otherwise. A free trial, where offered, requires no payment information and is limited to one per business.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, or data protection law;
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute lead or business data obtained through the Service as a standalone product;
• Publish or send content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes a third party's rights;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service or access it outside the interfaces we provide;
• Share your account credentials outside your own organization, or resell access to the Service itself.

You are responsible for how you use outreach content, leads, and any website Gamora builds for you, including compliance with laws that apply to your business and industry.

5. AI-Generated Content and Leads

Gamora uses AI models and third-party data sources (including publicly available business listings) to generate content, outreach copy, leads, and recommendations. This output may contain errors and is provided as a starting point, not a guarantee of accuracy, deliverability, or business results. You should review AI-generated material before relying on it or sending it externally.

6. Intellectual Property

We own the Gamora platform, its software, and its branding. Content you input (such as your business details) remains yours. Content Gamora generates for you as part of an active subscription — outreach copy, marketing assets, and website content produced for your business — is licensed to you for your business's use; ownership of a hosted website you commission is addressed specifically in the Hosting Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

Delivering the Service relies on third-party providers, including Google (sign-in and business data), Cashfree (payments), cloud infrastructure providers, and messaging providers used for outreach. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' own terms where you interact with them directly (for example, signing in with Google).

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a number of leads, response rates, search rankings, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, including for abusive outreach practices, non-payment, or unlawful use. On termination, access to paid modules ends per our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and hosted-website terms follow the Hosting Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
